**Operational Tax Services Officer (Compliance Tax Officer) (M/F)**

ING Luxembourg, a universal Bank established in Grand Duchy of Luxembourg since more than 60 years, which is part of an international group, is looking for an Operational Tax Services officer in order to support its clients in setting up Tax reclaim and Tax relief services, and also for issuing reporting.

**Your mission**:
As Operational Tax Services officer, your mission will be to collect, complete, send to the appropriate counterparties all the necessary documents ensuring the implementation of the Tax Reclaim and/or Tax relief services. You will also be in charge to issue QI reporting 1042, 1042S in respect of the defined deadline.

All these process will have to be closely monitored until finalization.

**Your profile**:
Competencies / Behavior:

- Excellent critical judgment and organizational skills

- Ability to work in team / in full autonomy

Experience:

- Bachelor level with a financial orientation,
- Experience in Operational tax, Corporate Actions, Securities services (5 years)

Languages:

- Fluency in French and English is mandatory
