**TASKS DESCRIPTION**
The following tasks will be performed by an external service provider:
- Definition of test plans and test cases.
- Construction of test scenarios and scripts.
- Execution of tests.
- Test coordination.
- Reporting of test results.
**LEVEL OF EDUCATION**
As stated in Article 2.6.3.1. of DIGIT-TM II Service requirements, a minimum educational qualification for lot 1 is:
Level of education corresponding to Level 6 of the European Qualification Framework which typically corresponds to a bachelor's degree of 3 years.
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
The following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above-listed tasks:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good writing skills, experience in the preparation of written reports.
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability, and experience in working in a team.

- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects.
- Excellent Team Player.
- Ability to understand, speak, and write in English.
**SPECIFIC EXPERTISE**
- Knowledge of testing technologies, tools, and techniques.
- Hands-on experience in manual Testing.
- Knowledge of a Test Management Tool.
- Knowledge of a Defect Tracking tool.
- Experience in test data preparation, preferably with SQL databases.
- Experience in Front-end testing.
- Agile knowledge (for example, Scrum).
- Jira, Confluence tools.
- Troubleshooting.
- Define test plans.
- Attention to details.
