**Job Title**: PHP Developer
**Overview**:
We are looking for a talented Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development and optimization of key portals used by both our organization and our clients. This role offers a chance to work on cutting-edge web portal frameworks and technologies, enhancing the overall user experience while streamlining operations. If you have expertise in PHP, MySQL, Apache, and a passion for evolving web technologies, you'll be a vital asset to the team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Software Development**:
Design, develop, and deploy software solutions to enhance and optimize portal solutions.
Collaborate with team members to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Proactively suggest and implement improvements to existing services for better performance and scalability.
Write unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and quality of code during development and deployment.
**2. Automation and Orchestration**:
Use tools like Bitbucket, Bamboo, GitLab, and scripting skills to automate code deployment, monitoring, and analysis.
Build automated workflows that simplify deployment, configuration, and monitoring tasks.
**3. Collaboration**:
Work closely with architects, network engineers, system administrators, and other developers to ensure smooth integration across different systems and teams.
Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews to foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
Engage in knowledge-sharing within the team, helping to improve collective expertise.
**4. Documentation**:
Thoroughly document code, scripts, and configurations to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and maintainability within the team.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.

**Qualifications**:
**Technical Skills**:
Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and Apache.
Familiarity with future web portal frameworks and technologies to suggest improvements and drive innovation.
Experience in implementing CI/CD practices to improve deployment cycles and code quality.
**Experience**:
3-5 years of experience as a developer, with a focus on web portal development and services.
Proven experience in an agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
**Soft Skills**:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and development.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Requirements**:
EU citizenship.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
