This position is part of Husky’s Enterprise Architecture team. A key objective of this team is enabling alignment to and full support of corporate digital transformation initiatives by translating enterprise reality into appropriate enterprise models.

This position utilizes Software AG’s ARIS methodology and ARIS platform products to produce and deliver artifacts such as business capability models, ecosystems models, value-stream maps, business process models, data flow models, customer and user profiling, journey maps.

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in enterprise architecture modeling and development with a focus on business architecture.
- Develop and maintain current and future-state architecture models.
- Facilitate agreement on organizational work models and processes to meet business requirements.
- Determine the relationship between people, processes, information, and technology, and their relationships to one another and to the external environment.
- Support detecting critical deficiencies and gaps, and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Facilitate and lead requirements gathering / process design workshops with groups of SME's and business teams.
- Provide consultative advice to business leaders and organizational stakeholders who seek actionable recommendations.
- Provide guidance to solution architecture teams.

- Knowledge of all components of holistic enterprise architecture
- Knowledge of business engineering principles and processes
- Demonstrated experience with architectural modeling methodologies, tools, and model repositories; working experience with the ARIS Methodology and Platform is a strong asset.
- Practical in approach to problem solving and decision making.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture with a solid foundation in the different architectural dimensions (Business, Application, Data and Technology Architectures)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and modeling notations (e.g., ARIS Method, ArchiMate)
- Ability to establish a holistic, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance.
- Knowledge in all aspects of designing and constructing business capabilities, value streams, business processes, and organizational structures.
- In-depth experience with business transformation and process redesign methods
- Understand and balance the long-term (“big picture”) and short-term implications of individual decisions and organization goals.
- Recognize structural issues within the organization, functional interdependencies, and cross-silo redundancies.
- Method-driven approach to execution through the consistent use of recognized frameworks and methodologies
- Extensive technical breadth, with technical depth in several disciplines
- Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures and predictive analytics
- Fluent
