The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a:
**Client Accounting Officer**:
Permanent contract (F/M)

We are looking for a proactive individual with an appetite to learn and grow within our Invoicing team.

Tasks/missions
- Manage invoice issuance for a various range of products/services
- Monitor accounts receivables
- Monitor specific invoicing processes
- Ensure prompt and qualitative feedback on daily requests from clients
- Contribute to KPIs analysis and improvement to enhance existing business/financial reporting
- Contribute to revenue management: planning, forecast and budget preparation/monitoring
- Participate in the development of new processes to enhance efficiency and optimize client experience

Profile
- You are fluent both in French and in English - any other language is an asset
- You have maximum 5 years of experience in a working environment
- You have an excellent command in Excel, knowledge in Power BI is an asset
- You have basic knowledge in accounting
- You have good analytical and numerical skills
- You are disciplined, detail-oriented and reliable
- You have the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
- You are highly motivated and a flexible team player
