Sisvel has more than 40 years of experience in the IP licensing sector, with a focus on wireless communication, digital video technologies, audio and video coding.
**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Responsibilities include:
- Draft and review licensing, patent pool facilitation, financing, brokerage, joint development and other patent related agreements;
- Help with and supervise legal aspects of due diligence processes;
- Prepare memoranda, talking points and briefing materials in support of licensing and enforcement strategies;
- Review and proactively identify and communicate international jurisprudence with regard to licensing and enforcement of standard essential patents and trends that affect Sisvel’s business;
- Prepare and support publications in legal journals, blogs and newsletters with regard to Sisvel’s areas of interest in the patent monetization landscape;
- Attend occasional meetings and conferences around the world upon Sisvel’s specification;
- Support individual licensing negotiations in various monetization efforts for patents owned by Sisvel or which Sisvel licenses as licensing administrator
**THE CANDIDATE**
- Excellent organizing skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Great attention to detail and quality focus
- Advanced professional command of written and spoken English
- A high degree of energy, enthusiasm and perseverance
- Willingness to travel internationally occasionally
