**Missions**:
- **Lead**:
- Responsible for the storage and maintenance of the HR data
- Staff personal folders (HR Files)
- HR Software (HR ERP system)
- Administrative support for employees: sickness, leave, follow-up of personal data
- Preparation of contract, addendums, various HR documents
- Global management with relevant stakeholders (both external and internal)
- Management of the time-clock & vacation process
- Relations with insurance companies concerning employees (pension - health )
- Management & follow-up of organigrams & job descriptions
- Strong communication to the external payroll teams to ensure data accuracy
- Monthly collection of information required by the external payroll to produce pay slips
- Checking and validation of these pay slips
- **Assist**:
- Preparation of the HR financial and social reports
- Assist the Senior HR Manager in all points concerning LuxTrust’s filials (FR, BE, MC, MA)
- **Participate **(on site training):
- Management & follow-up of the company insurance policies
- Update & follow-up of:
- Policies, user guides, manual of procedures, & other documents in relation with Human Resources
- Clocking in and out system
- ERP systems
**Background and experience**:
- Bac +3 in Human resources field or related experience
