We are looking for a dynamic trainee to join the **Manco Oversight & Services Management teams**.
- **Start date: ASAP**:

- **Duration: 12 months**:

- **Employment rate: Full time**:

- **Prerequisite : a tripartite internship agreement signed with your school**

**Your role**:

- Support the pool of resources within Manco Oversight & Services Management teams with a strong focus on supporting the BAU tasks and automate processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Responsibilities:

- Assist with BAU administrative tasks related to the oversight of the delegated functions
- Automate the preparation, enhancement, and delivery of processes / reports, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reports to the Group, and the Regulator, to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Update the procedure manual and maintain up to date procedure tool (KIT).
- Provide assistance to other members of the Pictet AM Europe team.

**Your profile**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of or strong interest in Financial matters.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for automation and data analysis.
- Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Language skills:

- Fluent in English and French.

Personal qualities:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Dynamic, curious and open mind
