**The Client:
To support the growth of our client (a well established Bank spanning across Europe) and their compliance department, we are looking for a Compliance Officer for their oversight compliance team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce and maintain the compliance documentation.
- Producing and maintaining compliance documentation (policies, procedures, charters).
- Create and enhance group policies and procedures by working together with department experts.
- Closely monitoring internal rule implementation at branch level, organizing branch consultation in case of specific issues.
- Contact point for operational, compliance and legal teams regarding FATCA, DAC 6, CRS and AML-Tax questions arising in their day-to-day business.
- FATCA/CRS reporting, with the support of internal departments and external service providers.

**Experience**:

- University degree in law and/or Masters degree in Financial Crime Law.
- **Between 3 to 5 years' experience in compliance, ideally within the banking industry.**:

- Good knowledge of Compliance and Luxembourg legal and regulatory requirements, knowledge of other European legal and regulatory requirements would be a bonus.
- Good knowledge of the banking business focused on corporate activities.
- Proficiency in English spoken and especially in writing. Another European language is an asset.
