**Operations Associate**

We're a smart, dedicated, and fun team with huge plans for growth to achieve our vision. We're looking for outstanding people to help us shape the future of M&A deal origination and we need an incredible individual to lead the team that curates M&A opportunities for our clients.

**Your Tasks**:

- Monitor internal and external deadlines of our client and sales team projects.
- Responsible for completing various administrative tasks, including organizing documents, and preparing reports, ensuring consistency of data and KPIs
- Play a role in enforcing the organization's policies and standards to ensure compliance within the company.
- Act as liaison when working with cross-functional teams to resolve requests (sales, finance)
- Assist Line Manager in ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly, including team and resource planning.
- Handle and report recurring issues to continuously improve the process.
- Perform a diverse range of duties to support the efficiency of daily business operations.

**Your background**
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Ideally Professional diploma or qualification in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Management)
- Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Client orientated thinking.
- Attention to detail.
- High level of accuracy.
- Very good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
- Willingness to travel 3-4 times per year (if required).
- Fluency in English
- German or/and French (written and spoken) are considered an asset.
