We are looking for a
**Trade Finance Expert (M/F/d)**
Are you passionate about numbers and would like to gain more experience in the field of finance and trading? Then join us and strengthen our Finance team.
**Your main tasks**:
- Handle financial and tax relevant aspects of sales orders (bank guarantees, standby letter of credit, letter of credit, invoicing incl. controlling and follow-up of payment status)
- Negotiation, conclusion, execution and revision of letter of credits and bank guarantees
- Proactively support the project management and highlight project pitfalls, participate in project audits to ensure strategic projects stay on course (participation to lesson learned sessions)
- Preparation and elaboration of reports
- Liaise and coordinate with our different entities and third parties such as auditors, banks, customers
- Cash and liquidity management
- Hedging.
**What do we expect?**
- At least a Baccalaureate and a first relevant experience in Trade Finance, ideally in an industrial environment or in the field of logistics
- Legal knowledge in the area of Trade Finance is an advantage
- VAT experience is considered as an advantage
- Flexibility and high level of responsibility
- Fluent in English and German; Luxemburgish and/or French are considered as an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Structured and conscientious way of working
- SAP experience is considered as an advantage.
