We are looking for a Content Creator who is a video expert, and deeply passionate about crafting visually stunning and emotionally compelling content on social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). This role demands creativity, innovation, and a robust understanding of social media trends to produce content that engages our audiences across platforms. You will be the storyteller who travels across Salonkee operating countries capturing the essence of our salon partners, and the communities they serve and highlighting how Salonkee significantly enhances the daily lives of salon owners.

Key Responsibilities:
Create cutting-edge video content that sets trends and engages a wide audience on social media, maintaining the Salonkee brand's voice and vision.

Expertly manage the video production process from concept to completion—scouting, planning, filming, editing, and publishing on relevant social media platforms.

Keep abreast of social media trends, ensuring our content remains impactful by following awareness and engagement metrics and adapting our video content strategy accordingly.

Cultivate relationships and collaborate closely with salon partners to bring their stories to life through video shoots in their salon and ensure the coordination does not disturb their daily operations.

Travel throughout Germany mainly and occasionally other countries where Salonkee operates (Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands) to produce unique and compelling stories of salon owners and Salonkee teams, reflecting the positive impact of Salonkee.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Video Creation & Social Media Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in video content creation on social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) with a portfolio showcasing creativity, strong storytelling, and trend-awareness. Strong knowledge of social media metrics and previous experience of adapting content according to performance.
- Creative vision: Exceptional creative vision with meticulous attention to detail, capable of building a solid content strategy in line with social media trends and brand identity.
- Technical expertise: Proficient in leading video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Communication & Organisational Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, combined with effective organisational skills to coordinate shoots seamlessly with salon owners and teams, ensuring mínimal disruption.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to travel extensively (50%-75% of the time) and adapt to diverse environments and audiences.
- Fluent in German and English (C2 level), essential for effective communication across Europe.
- 2-3 years experience in a related position.
