To strengthen our IT Team, we are looking for a **Fullstack Senior Developer/Architect** for the maintenance and enhancements of the Nadi Application.

**Core mission**

**Role**
- **Drive technology** discussions and **analyze** the current **landscape** for gaps in addressing business needs,
- Determine **IT strategy** and translate this into **plan of action**,
- **Troubleshoot** issues and outages,
- Combine technical, architectural, and functional knowledge to create **optimal solutions**,
- Understand, **optimize**, and transform **complex systems**,
- Able to **support** fellow **team members** with the more challenging problems,
- Contribute to **Code Reviews** and **technical documentation**,

**Skills required**
- Fluent in **English**, French would be a plus,
- Strong knowledge of **Java **(Springboot), **JavaScript, Hibernate, Gitlab & Angular,**:

- Experience with **Container technologies **like **Docker **and **Kubernetes**,
- Experience in **development **of large and **complex projects**,
- Excellent **communication **and **interpersonal skills**, able to communicate on various technical levels,
- **Agile** mindset (Usage of **Scrum & Kanban methodology**),
- Experience with **relational databases** (preferably **PostgreSQL**),
- Experience with **reporting tools** (**Jaspersoft**) will be considered as an asset,
- Affinity with the Financial world,
- Motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies,
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team,
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude,

**Experience**

**5 years as a Fullstack Senior Developer** and minimum **2 years as an Architect**,

**Qualification**

BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science and related discipline or equivalent experience,
