**Summary**:
**Senior Manager - Fund Accounting Private Equity**

This is a dynamic hands-on Senior Manager role, for a fast growing team and department in Luxembourg.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the team, working closely with the clients of the firm. It is a broad role, where you will be managing a technical team of accounting that deal with some complex Private Equity Funds and Consolidation.

The team is very exciting and is in a growth stage and is growing very well, business is coming in more than they are looking at it. In terms of the personality of the team they have some very dynamic senior heads who are very hands on giving the organization a very flexible structure.

Client-facing and client-focused position with overall responsibility for the delivery of accounting, company secretarial, reporting and fiscal compliance services to large Real Estate clients.
- Ensuring client satisfaction through systematic process and high quality of delivery.
- Solving problems proactively using technical expertise and common-sense.
- Supervise and be the point of escalation for complex transactions.
- Supervise more complex interest calculations, waterfalls, etcetera.
- Building, mentoring and motivating a client servicing team with an emphasis on excellence.
- Supervise financial statements, footnotes and partner capital statements.
- Act as a Fund Controller.

**Key requirements**:

- Experience with Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS.
- Asset Management skills.
- 5+ years’ experience in Fund Accounting in Luxembourg.
- ACCA qualification will be a plus.
- Very good understanding of NAV.
- Entrepreneurial motivations.
- Private Equity Fund Accounting background.
- Proactive and problem-solving approach to client servicing.
- Ability to plan effectively, with strong deadline orientation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in managing, mentoring and motivating teams and individuals.
