Training Coordinator

**The opportunity**

Currently we are looking for to join our team in Colmar Berg, Luxembourg. On this position you will:

- Collaborate and interact regularly with the European and Global R&D Training organization on standards, best practices, problem resolution and continuous improvements.
- Lead and support the preparation of the government training subsidy submission.
- Lead the New Hire onboarding program schedule, coordination and facilitation.
- Support Project Managers on their daily responsibilities.
- Maintain schedules, tracking and delivery of content via the Learning Management System to administer, record and report on learning activity.
- Serve as a liaison and primary communicator to instructors and learners for internal and external Training activities.

**Education**:
Master’s degree will be considered as a strong asset.

**Languages**:

- Luxembourgish and / or German will be considered as a strong asset.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a Learning and Development function within an international environment.
- Experience or interest in supporting Project Management related tasks and activities.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficient in MS tools (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint).
- Able to build effective working relationships with all levels.
- Takes responsibilities and is committed.
- High level of initiative, creativity, perseverance and flexibility.
- Able to influence people and take decision.
- Well organized and agile.
- High level of communication and facilitation skills.
