Bachelor’s degree.
- Demonstrated leadership in aviation operations context.
- Experience within the airfreight industry, including but not limited to: airport/ground handling, customs processes and procedures, intermodal and trucking line haul carrier management.
- Familiarity with commercial aviation industry regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Several years of experience in progressive program management or similar work experience.
- Proven track record of working in cross-functional organizations, while navigating through ambiguity, managing and coordinating multiple project assignments simultaneously in a growing environment, accepting ownership and accountability, and delivering on commitments.
- Ability to influence internal and external organizations to achieve corporate goals, including the ability to influence and manage upward as necessary.
- Ability to use analytical tools to dive deep and never be out of touch with the details of the business.
- Proficient in written and oral communications and be able to produce concise, relevant, strategically driven documents and presentations for both the frontline operation at airports and company leadership.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and excellent business judgement.
- Relentlessly high standards that are never satisfied with the status quo.

The Program Manager will be responsible for identifying, designing, developing, and executing new processes, policies, goals, and long-term solutions that increase scalability, streamline operations, reduce errors, decrease costs, and improve the company’s overall air transportation program.
This role will be based at our HQ in Luxembourg and requires domestic travel up to 20% of the time.
Key job responsibilities
- Serving as the single-threaded leader for Air Cargo in Europe.
- Driving business development opportunities and pilot programs with internal and external facing partners.
- Managing and coordinating multiple project assignments that continuously improving customers’ experience and develop best in class air cargo capabilities.
- Measuring and identifying activities performed and ensuring goals are met.
- Identifying and communicating roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams to gain buy-in and deliver to project schedules.
- Representing the company with partners, and work across all relevant cross-functional areas to guarantee effective communication, implementation, and execution of objectives.
- Master's degree or equivalency in Business Administration, Engineering, or operations management.
- Analytic and/or commercial experience in the areas of transportation or network management.
- Developing or managing complex logístical processes for cargo operations, air freight, freight forwarding, transportation, or logistics.
