A PROPOS DU CLIENT_**
C'est une entreprise familiale qui est un leader mondial de la sous-traitance dans les domaines pharmaceutiques et principes actifs, la beauté, le maquillage, un responsable juridique pour prendre la direction du département légal.
**VOS MISSIONS**
- Le general counsel sera en charge de la revue des contrats commerciaux, s'assurera de respecter les règlementations et conseillera sur les questions légales.
- Vos principales responsabilités:
- La gestion de la propriété intellectuelle du Groupe
- Négociation et rédaction des contrats de vente en étroite collaboration avec la Direction Commerciale
- La veille et les recherches juridiques, la mise à jour des bonnes pratiques
- Le suivi de la règlementation et de la jurisprudence
- Le management et l'engagement de l'équipe juridique groupe basée au Luxembourg et des juristes basés dans les sociétés affiliées ( 3 personnes )
**VOTRE PROFILE**
- Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine
- Expérience en entreprise industrielle, idéalement familiale
- Français et anglais courant
