**The O**pportunity**
**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
Dive into the basics of fraud & risk management and analytics. Your tasks will include:
- Supporting the Fraud Risk Manager on daily basis monitoring portfolio of clients for unusual activity, determine “at risk” accounts.
- Analyzing M.L. alerts and report them to Compliance team in case of suspicion.
- Analyzing fraud alerts from different tools. In case of doubt, contact cardholder’s to verify the authenticity of the authorization.
- Review rules on a daily basis to fit with the current trends of fraud.
**Who Are We Looking For**
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next - people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
- Critical analysis skills mandatory
- Ability to manipulate data
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills
- 3 to 5 years experience
- Fraud experience (acquiring and issuing)
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Fluent in French, English, German. Dutch or Luxembourgish is a plus
