Human Innovation Partners is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a team as a Senior Accountant in a Fiduciary company located in Luxembourg.
**Responsibilities**:
Accounting and bookkeeping from A to Z.
Analysis of accounting activities and results.
Preparation of invoicing and invoicing registration.
Manage cash flows and treasury.
Resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
Prepare periodic reports and budgets.
Ensuring monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing.
Salaries payment accounting.
Bank reconciliation.
General accounting function, which includes inter-company accounting, cash reconciliation, financial reporting, and balance sheet.
Preparation of tax provisions.
Preparation of income tax and VAT returns, and tax computations.
Deposit accounts through eCDF.
Interacting with clients and client representatives.
Carrying out and documenting audit work.
File and archive accounting and tax documents.
General support to the office organization.
Performing additional duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 5 years of experience in fund accounting or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a high level of proficiency in both French and English. German and Luxembourgish is a strong asset.
Detailed understanding and knowledge of LUX GAAP
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
