They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Senior Regulatory Officer specializing in FATCA and CRS**. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage compliance with FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard) regulations.
- Develop and implement regulatory policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness of compliance controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams on regulatory matters.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of required reports and documentation.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update internal processes accordingly.
- Deliver training and support to team members to enhance their understanding of FATCA and CRS regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure integrated compliance strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in regulatory compliance, with a focus on FATCA and CRS.
- Strong understanding of international tax regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French and/or German is an asset.
