**Votre mission**:
Au sein d'une équipe jeune et dynamique au Luxembourg et directement rattaché(e) aux associés-fondateurs, vous avez comme mission de développer une clientèle grands-comptes et de créer votre équipe de consultants spécialisés dans les métiers de l’IT, du Digital, de l’Ingénierie ou des Life-Sciences:
Pour atteindre vos objectifs, vous devrez:
Constituer votre portefeuille de clients grands comptes:

- Démarchage & prospection
- Conduite de rendez-vous client
- Conduite des processus de référencement
- Identification des besoins
- Négociation et signature des affaires

Recruter votre équipe de Consultants:

- Démarchage sur les différentes plateformes de recrutement
- Planification et conduite des entretiens
- Présentation des contrats de travail
- Travailler selon les bonnes pratiques établies par Alpineo Consulting

Vous assurez du bon fonctionnement de votre Business Unit/Unité d'affaire:

- Pilotage de la performance financière
- Gestion de la relation client
- Animation, gestion et suivi de votre équipe de consultants

**Votre profil**:

- Master délivré par une école de commerce/ingénieur ou équivalent
- Première expérience réussie du recrutement et/ou du développement commercial dans le domaine du consulting ou du placement de personnel qualifié
- Excellent sens du contact et de la communication un requis absolu
- Esprit pro-actif et très bonnes capacités organisationnelles
- Curiosité intellectuelle
- Attrait pour les domaines technologiques et digitaux
- Excellent niveau en Français et en Anglais

- Rémunération très compétitive comprenant un fixe et un variable déplafonné selon vos performances._
