**Working at NTT**

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Build and nurture relationships**: Engage with existing clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals. Drive client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients’ buying process.

**Drive sales growth**: Develop and implement strategic account plans to optimize revenue and profitability. Identify new business opportunities within the assigned client portfolio and effectively cross-sell and upsell NTT's comprehensive portfolio of products and services. Be autonomous on transactional offerings.

**Conduct effective sales presentations**: Articulate the value proposition of NTT's solutions to key stakeholders. Deliver persuasive presentations that highlight the benefits, features, and competitive advantages of our offerings.

**Achieve sales targets**: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue objectives. Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts, track sales activities, and report progress to the sales leadership team.

**Collaborate with internal teams**:

- Work closely with the Business Operation teams: Communicate quotes, provide supportive sales documentation, and secure sales orders when opportunities arise.
- Work alongside Client Managers to support the sales process, position technology solutions, and close the deal.

**What will make you a good fit for the role?**

**Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes**:

- ** Proven inside sales experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales or account management, preferably within the technology industry.
- ** Excellent communication skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to effectively present complex information and influence key decision-makers.
- ** Relationship building**: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. A customer-centric approach and the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
- ** Business acumen**: Solid understanding of business dynamics, sales processes, and the ability to identify growth opportunities within client accounts.
- ** Technology knowledge**: Familiarity with technology solutions, such as cloud services, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and digital transformation. A passion for technology and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- ** Results-driven mindset**: Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a hunger for success. A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive sales environment.
