**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Collateral Services organization resides within Securities Services, providing a scalable end-to-end suite of collateral services across transaction types and asset classes, supported by an integrated high-touch client service model.

The EMEA Collateral Services Product team own the Triparty and Collateral Management products and support institutional clients, reporting into the regional head of the business, and are responsible for the Products P&L.

This position is based in Luxembourg and will be the local lead for governance and oversight for the EMEA Collateral Services Product team.

The team focusses on 3 main pillars
- Local Governance, Oversight and Regulatory Landscape
- Strategy, Planning, delivery, marketing and in life optimisation of the EMEA Collateral Products
- Regional and Global strategic initiatives

A strong working partnership with all areas of the organization, including Sales, Middle Office, Product Management, Client Service, Product Development, Finance & Business Management is essential.

The Product Manager is ultimately responsible for the business management of our products and their commercial success. This requires an end-to-end understanding of the business operating model, product offering, development pipeline, and the Securities Financing market.

The Product Manager will monitor the local and regional P&L to ensure that the products are profitable at all levels and that cost allocations are accurate and appropriate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret relevant governance and regulatory frameworks, to ensure compliance and identify potential impacts on collateral management operations
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to assess and incorporate regulatory changes into product development and investment initiatives
- Stay abreast of emerging industry trends, best practices, and regulatory developments to proactively inform product strategy and ensure alignment with market expectations
- Local escalation point for Product issues both from internal or external clients
- Liaise with Operations Oversight team to ensure collaborative and effective Product Oversight
- Develop and deliver effective product training materials and presentations to ensure internal teams are equipped with the necessary knowledge to effectively position and support the collateral services product suite
- Participate in Local management forums, regional and global product forums, and Governance meetings
- Representing the Collateral Services business in meetings with local regulators, and also through participation within industry working groups
- Project Management, either as part of a wider team contributing to the end goal or as the lead driving the change and structuring the roadmap.
- Promote diversity, equity and inclusion within JPM and actively participate in business resource groups.

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**:

- Securities Financing and Derivative industry experience
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage a senior-level audience as well as being able to demonstrate influencing skills and strategic thinking
- Proven experience in delivering on commitment to clients
- Experience of Collateral Management, Securities Lending and the Tri-Party repo market
- Solid understanding of the regulatory environment affecting the industry, specifically around the relevant EU regimes on safeguarding client assets
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills
- Superior partnership skills and ability to drive institutional change
- Experience interacting with multiple functional areas across Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk and Sales
- Clear communicator. Able to easily adapt communication style in different situations
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
