**Service Owner - Container Orchestration**

**and Security Services**

**Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product/Service Owner to lead the strategic
- development and optimization of container orchestration services (PKS, EKS, etc.) and security services (PAM, SAM, CAMS, etc.). As the primary driver of these critical offerings, you will lead two dedicated squads—one focusing on container orchestration and the other on security services. **Responsibilities**:
**1. Product Ownership**:
Container Orchestration:

- Develop and articulate a strategic vision for container orchestration services, aligning with industry best practices and customer needs.
- Drive the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive product roadmap for container
- orchestration services, incorporating scalability and efficiency enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features based on business value and
- technological advancements.

Security Services:

- Define and communicate a clear vision for security services, emphasizing the importance ofrobust and adaptive security solutions.
- Lead the development and maintenance of a strategic roadmap for security services,
- incorporating the latest security standards and addressing emerging threats.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize security features based on risk assessment and compliance requirements.

**2. Team Leadership**:

- Manage and inspire two dedicated squads—one for container orchestration and the other for security services.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, empowering members to excel in their respective domains.
- Ensure the squads meet and exceed performance targets, promoting a high level of team engagement and satisfaction.

**3. Service Roadmap**:

- Develop and execute strategic plans for both container orchestration and security services, considering industry trends and technological advancements.
- Oversee the entire service lifecycle, from ideation and design to deployment and ongoing optimization.

**4. Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements and
- expectations for container orchestration and security services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product development and overall organizational objectives.
- Communicate product/service updates, roadmaps, and value propositions to various
- stakeholders.

**5. Continuous Improvement**:

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both container orchestration and security services, striving for continuous improvement.
- Establish feedback loops to gather insights from end-users and stakeholders, driving iterative enhancements to services.
- Encourage and champion innovation within the squads, exploring new technologies and
- methodologies to enhance service capabilities.

**6. Collaboration**:

- Collaborate closely with other Product/Service Owners, architects, and operational teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services.
- Promote knowledge sharing and cross-training within the squads to enhance overall
- expertise.

**7. Quality Assurance**:

- Maintain a high standard of service quality for both container orchestration and security
- services, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Oversee and enforce compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product ownership or service ownership, with a
- focus on container orchestration and security services.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of container orchestration technologies (PKS, EKS) and security
- services (PAM, SAM, CAMS).
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and inspiring teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

**Requirements**:

- EU citizenship.
- Must fulfil the requirements to obtain an EU security clearance
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in any other European
- language is a plus.
