**Your team**

**FundPartner Solutions** provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance.
**Your role**
- As a client servicing agent (internal and external), playing an active role in problem solving and responding to clients promptly, in coordination with other departments.
- Responding to different requests from investors to guarantee that a quality service is provided, which meets the requirements of high-end clients.
- Providing assistance to internal requesters (clients, fund managers and other departments).
- Being actively involved in planned/ongoing improvement projects in the Client Service team.
- As a privileged intermediary for investors and clients, providing communication to ensure that client orders are recorded without error and in compliance with the clauses of the various prospectuses and with the regulations in force.
**Your profile**
- BAC+5 further education with a focus on Economics or Finance.
- Experience in a similar function and/or working as a transfer agent.
- In-depth understanding of investment fund administration.
- A keen sense of client service and a willingness to find appropriate solutions.
- Excellent command of French and English. Any other language would be a plus.
- A willingness to commit to the long term, working in a department that is constantly undergoing change.
- Resistant to stress, dynamic, rigorous and showing initiative when solving problems.
- An enquiring mind with the ability to grasp new things quickly.
