Documentum Expert

We are currently looking for an **expert** **on OpenText Documentum** software to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

As an **expert** **on OpenText Documentum**, you will be responsible for providing thrid line support by improving documentation, improving automation, monitoring and improving performance..

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement automation, identify and remove bottlenecks,
- Draft/improve documentation (technical docs),
- Monitor and improve performance,
- establish patching/upgrade strategy according to business and/or security requirements,
- Provide expertise and support in general,
- Manage system resources and capacity ensuring that it operates effectively..

**Technical skills**:

- Experience and expertise in OpenText Documentum,
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and orientation towards quality of service.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

**Profile**:

- Excellent technical skill to bring added value to the day to day support team,
- communication skills in English.
