**A&V Private Assets FUNDS SUPERVISOR**
**Permanent contract**

**Role and Responsibilities**:
You will be part of the multinational Fund Administration department of HSBC Continental Europe, Luxembourg Branch and work for a team dedicated to Alternative Funds.

The Fund Administration Accounting Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of NAV Valuations and reporting tasks, the quality and timely response to clients & third parties queries. The Supervisor is responsible to maintain and improve the standards of client service deliveries.

In this role, you will:

- Review and sign off NAV in a timely manner
- Be responsible for day-to-day client fund accounting matters
- Take ownership of any tasks or projects assigned
- Assist auditors, internal and external parties with their queries
- Help Assistant Managers when required and assist them on any queries or project they are working on
- Support all aspects of operational delivery in the daily servicing of clients
- Support and provide solutions for enhanced client delivery and servicing
- Deal with client, Investment Operations, GDS, Auditors and third parties.
- Monitor deliverables accuracy and timeliness

**Experience and skills required**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification, preferably in Audit, Accounting or Finance.
- At least 4-5 years’ experience, and minimum 6 month of supervisory/management experience ideally in Net Asset Value calculations of Alternative / Private Assets funds.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting for securities and derivatives and/or Fund of funds and/or Private equity funds
- Thorough knowledge of Private Debt structures
- Good understanding of fund structure: pooling/multi-class/feeder
- Comprehensive knowledge of Luxembourgish funds regulation
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and deliver work with the required quality.
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with both clients and colleagues
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Very good command of Excel, Word, Access and affinity with fund industry software packages.
- Perfect command of English, both in spoken and written, together with excellent communication skills are required for the role. A second European language such as German is also an advantage.
