Web Developer

For our department _Digital Experience Development_** **within **General Services**, we are looking for a (an):
**_Web Developer : Angular (M/F/x)_**

**_Main duties:_**

As a Web Developer you will be part of our Digital eXperience Platforms (DXP) Team. Working on the digital touch points of our customers including the Luxair & LuxairTours Websites and our mobile apps. The DXP Team focus is to transform the digital experiences of our customers. You will join the team at an exciting point as we transition to a modern technology stack, and utilise the latest technologies to personalise and enhance the website.

This is your oppertunity to influence the digital experience of millions of people in Luxembourg and the greater region (France, Belgium, The Netherlands & Germany).

Your responsibilities would include:

- Developing, maintaining & improving both the Luxair Websites.
- Improving & enhancing our booking experience to help our customer’s pick the best holidays.
- Working as part of an Agile Team to deliver the needs of our marketing and sales campaigns.
- Bringing ideas and being a key part of the transformation of digital Experiences of Luxair Customers.
- Improve engineering standards, tooling and processes.

**_Required profile:_**

You have the following profile:

- Experience with Javascript/Typescript development and good knowledge of Angular (2 years +) or with another JavaScript Framework such as React or Vue.
- Accessibility, usability and the current web standards are important to you.
- Ideally, good experience of unit testing using Jest.
- Strong awareness of code quality and clean code.
- Interest in the constant exchange of ideas and knowledge with colleagues in order to keep up with the latest development methods and technologies.
- Eye for aesthetics, design and faithful implementation.
- Curiosity for new technologies and strong will to excel your knowledge
- Be a strong team player.
- Keen to continuously learn and improve your skills.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
