This is a position for an initiative taker who can work without constant supervision and thrives on a very hands-on and demanding role. Victor Buck Services, is an innovative and dynamic PSF company, leader in its field. We are currently looking for an individual with a strong Project Management background.
Your main aim will be to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of clients’ and corporate IT and business projects, as well as small changes across our organization. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting high-quality standards and stakeholders’ satisfaction.
Your mission
**You will be in charge of**:
Defining the project scope, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with the stakeholders
Developing project plans including timelines, budgets and resources allocation
Managing and tracking timelines, budgets and resources allocation
Conducting risk assessments and plan mitigation strategies
Managing all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring and closure
Leading and coordinate cross-functional teams
Monitoring project progress, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring timely resolution of issues
Providing regular status to stakeholders, PMO and management
Ensuring the project documentation and status in PM tools are thoroughly updated
Serving as a primary point of contact for all-project related communications for stakeholders and resource management
Managing stakeholders’ expectations and ensuring alignment with business objectives
Ensuring all deliverables meet established quality standards and requirements
Ensure a smooth transition from project mode to operational mode with associated teams
**Profile**:
**To be successful in this role, you need**:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Project Management role
IT background or experience managing IT projects
Fluent written and spoken English and French, German is a plus
To work autonomously with the ability to request support and escalation when needed
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to create and maintain a good relationship with stakeholders
Good technical skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and align projects with business objectives
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
Proficiency with project management tools and software
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
