i-Hub S.A. is looking to recruit an HR Business Partner.
You have been working in the HR field for the past 5 years and you are looking for your next challenge? Then you should join our HR Team

**Your responsabilities**:

- Cover all HR topics as a strategic and operational partner for managers and employees.
- Manage and coordinate Learning & Development projects.
- Assist in the Monthly Payroll Process.
- Ensure the implementation of HR policies.
- Manage the recruitment process.
- Act as a back up for other HR members and deliver Quality administrative support for all the HR processes related to time management, individual data, hiring and leaving management.

**Profile**:

- A proven first experience in HR of at least 5 years.
- A very strong sense of discretion.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to prioritize the daily workload.
- Autonomous, dynamic and proactive personality with strong organisational skills.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Outstanding written and spoken communication skills in English and French.
