The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).
Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:
**Junior Officer**- Hu**man Resources (Fixed-term contract-12 months)
**Your role**:
- Assist HRBPs in organizing the employee lifecycle events (onboarding, internal mobility, offboarding).
- Assist in employee administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, onboarding and offboarding.
- Participate in the development of our HR events, and actively contributing to our representation in various job fairs.
- Contribute to the maintenance of HR databases while ensuring regular reporting.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations.
- Contribute to various HR projects.
**Your profile**:
- You have a degree in a related field and have gained at least 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR role.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are organized and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- You are fluent in English. French and/or German language skills are a strong asset.
- You are familiar with recruitment platforms and working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office;
- You are an enthusiastic and proactive team player
