**Purpose of the Job**:
Financial Performance System and Data team is mainly responsible for maintaining, administrating and improving the financial performance information system and data, ensuring the quality of the data, providing financial reports, dashboard and support to the various entities of the group. As a Financial Data officer, you will be in charge of Business As Usual activity of the team and contribute to the extension and enhancement of Quintet Group performance system and implementation of new data model and projects.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Participate to the implementation of performance financial reporting projects from analysis, testing and implementation in production
- Contribute to TM1 Performance financial reporting system development and maintenance including revenue, cost allocations, Assets under management, Staff and Balance Sheet data this covers analyses, developments, documentation and testing
- Maintain the existing TM1 IBM Cognos features based on TM1 process, TM1 rules, Perspectives input or report forms and develop new features and reports accordingly to the business needs and the group policy
- Manage the data collection from various sources and contributors, verify its quality and consistency
- Manage several data upload and allocation procedures in TM1 and ensure on the data accuracy, automate the existing control process
- Provide assistance to central and Local FP&A teams on the data lecture and analysis in TM1
- Provide technical support and assistance to TM1 community, find solutions in close collaboration with our stakeholders, enhance and consolidate existing data and reporting models

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Good understanding of TM1 tools and best practices and processes including knowledge of Perspectives/PAx, Turbo Integrator and TM1 Web portal

**Attributes and Qualities**:

- Able to build and maintain effective, collaborative, credible working relationships
- Experience in System Information build and maintenance using TM1 tools
- Proven capacity to manage multiple assignments, set priorities and adapt to changing conditions

**Technical Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience required with IBM Cognos TM1 as developer with TM1 Turbo Integrator, TM1 Web, TM1 Rules, TM1 Reports with Perspectives and PAx.
- Good data analysis and control skills
- Good experience with Excel,
- Cognos BI or SAP are a plus

**Languages Skills**:

- Fluent English, other languages advantageous
