**Description**
- Contribute to the execution of business development initiatives in line with the firm's international strategy.
- Work alongside management to implement strategic actions and support commercial priorities.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to maintain accurate, accessible client data and track key interactions.
- Develop customized client materials and proposals, ensuring alignment with brand identity and commercial standards.
- Organize and coordinate client events (in-person and virtual), including seminars, webinars, and conferences.
- Conduct post-event analysis and reporting to support continuous improvement.
- Update and manage practice-related content across internal and external channels (e.g., biographies, credentials, web pages).
- Enhance visibility of the team through clear, consistent, and strategic messaging.
- Monitor marketing activities and assess performance to identify areas for optimization.
- Support internal and external communication initiatives to align with business development goals.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration by promoting knowledge sharing and BDM best practices.
- Proven experience in business development and/or marketing, with strong communication and project coordination skills.
**Profile**
- Degree in marketing, business, communication, or related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in business development or marketing, ideally within a financial services or legal environment.
- Knowledge of client relationship management best practices.
- Fluency in English and French; German and/or Luxembourgish as an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, interpersonal skills, critical and analytical thinking.
- Community management experience as a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Team spirit and autonomy in a cross-functional context.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Canva knowledge as an asset.
