On behalf of our client, an investment company, we are hiring a “Fund Registration Expert (M/F/d)” for their office in Luxembourg.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the collaboration between third-party providers and internal stakeholders for the production of required regulatory documentation
- Covering areas of PRIIPS, MIFID, Cross Border Directive and SFDR to assist with the creation of UCITS KIID, PRIIP KID’s, Pre-Contractual Documents, Website Discloser Documents and other ESG relates requirements
- Reviewing new regulatory legislation and identifying process improvement
- Assisting with the provision and dissemination of several industry templates such as EMT, EET, EPT and other industry standard templates
- Handling the compliance of all activities to ensure the internal governance standards and regulatories
- Overviewing the provision of SFDR regulatory documents

**Your profile**:

- At least 2-4 years of working experience in a Big4 company or an asset manager in Luxembourg
- Professional fluent in English, knowledge of German, French or Italian would be an asset
- Good knowledge within the operations function, ideally with some practical knowledge of fund registrations
- Well experienced with MS Office and PowerBI as well as basic knowledge of Python, VBA and SQL
- Ability to prioritize tasks and lead expectations and timelines as required
