WHAT YOU WILL DO

As our activity, as well as our teams, are growing, the Fund Legal and Governance department is looking for a highly motivated student for 40 hours per week to assist the treasury manager and the team in the day-to-day level.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Assist in daily treasury requests (bank accounts opening, closing)
- Maintain the static data and onboarding tracker
- In charge of all ad-hoc related to treasury internally and with externals part
- Work with service providers and make sure the documents are provided on time ( oversight, follow up )
- Responsible of payment/ bank account cycle for non-delegated fund ( no cosec )
- Maintain the signatory list up to date ( appointment of signatories, leavers, new joiner )
- Maintain of banking platform users rights and liaise with US Administration team
- Work closely with the Treasury manager to analyze and optimize banking relationships
- Assist with the bank migration upon and maintenance of tracker and updates with the banking partners
- Assist with the database implementation project and future in charge of the maintenance and updates
- Assist in daily treasury operations & cash management closely with the fund controller team
- Assist with auditor requests and recertification process
- Work with FC & PM team and Legal team on acquisition/ incorporation / onboarding/ take over accounts

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Strong academic background: relevant degree in law, business administration or similar
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt
- Proactive hands on mentality / can-do attitude / inquisitive and self-motivated
- Good interpersonal skills, team player, capability to interface professionally with various internal and external stakeholders
- Clear and strong English verbal and written communication skills required; French, German or Italian is an advantage

- Knowledge of the AIFMD is a strong plus
