**Manager - Fund Services & Operations (M/F)**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Investment Fund Services team as a Manager.

In this role, you will oversee all fund operations and lead a team responsible for Transfer Agency and Investor Relations. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across the full lifecycle of Private Equity and Alternative Investment Funds. You will act as a contact person and coordinator between clients, investors and related third parties relating to Transfer Agency (TA) matters

**Your main tasks will be**:
** - **Lead and manage** the Transfer Agency and Investor Relations team (TA team), ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- **Oversee all fund operations**, including capital activity processing, investor reporting.
- **Coordinate fund lifecycle TA events,**such as launches, restructurings, and liquidations in accordance with fund documentation (LPA, PPM, etc.).
- **Ensure the review and maintenance**of shareholders/unit holders’ registers and investor reports.
- **Process and control** capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, and share/unit transfers.
- **Calculate** waterfall distributions and investor equalizations.
- **Ensure timely and accurate** FATCA/CRS reporting.
- **Support automation and digitalization** initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- **Collaborate with internal teams** (Accounting, CRM, Legal, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- **Assist in year-end audits** for TA matters and liaise with external auditors.
- **Manage and update** internal procedures and controls.
- **Train and mentor** team members, fostering professional development.
- **Lead and contribute** to local and global RSM network projects.

**Your profile**:

- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within alternative investment funds’ sector (e.g. private equity, real estate, private debt ).
- Auditor profile would be considered as an advantage.
- Strong understanding of fund documentation (LPA, PPM, etc.) and fund structures.
- Proven analytical skills and ability to work confidently with figures.
- Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
- Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong academic record and professional integrity.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets and the investment fund industry.
