**Director Fund Administration (M/F)**

**Mission**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the regulated funds entity with the overall responsibility of about 30 team members active in fund accounting, corporate, transfer agency, registrar, compliance and depositary activities in Luxembourg and South Africa
- Provide the full range of services for an extensive and diversified portfolio of clients in the Real Estate and Private Equity industry, supported by 3 direct reports
- Represent the regulated SPF entity at the Luxembourg management meeting to share results and concerns and work towards group common goals
- Manage relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders including CSSF
- Continuously implement policies’ changes and improvement and allocate responsibilities to the entity to ensure clients are served at a high level of quality standards and within set deadlines
- Liaise with professional advisors and experts to deliver both a proficient and added value service within statutory regulations and deadlines
- Attend clients board meetings, contributing to board papers and reports and lead client meetings, either on or off site
- Supervise the risk management procedure including client, business and regulatory risks
- Review the oversight deliverables together with the team leaders
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, delivering on time and within the prescribed parameters
- Get involved in performance evaluation and regularly discuss strengths and areas for development when needed
- Collect and review KPIs and reports on a periodic basis as part of ongoing monitoring
- Ensure appropriate contacts are arranged to discuss and solve the material issues arising
- Assist with any formal regulatory reviews undertaken by the CSSF and analyse changes or updates to any relevant CSSF circulars
- Liaise with the Group internal audit to ensure appropriate coverage of Luxembourg process and controls
- Assist with any necessary staff sourcing or organisation
- As part of the Directorship, actively support the business development activities through increasing revenue with existing clients and adding new clients
- Actively participate in meeting clients and prospects or network events with the Business Development team
- Understand client challenges, activities and needs and deliver new solutions to meet their requirements

**Profile**:
Profile
- Degree educated in Law
- At least 10 years relevant experience in similar in house positions or within a corporate and fund services provider in PE/RE
- Be both hands-on and have the strategic thinking needed to challenge and improve processes to contribute to the funds growth
- Proven experience in managing a team and working within the trust and company environment at a higher senior level
- Fluency in English is a must - any other languages will be appreciated
- Proven ability to establish and develop excellent relationships with clients;
- Entrepreneurial mind set, driven, self-motivated and focused on achieving results
