**This is the role for you**
**I want to speak to YOU if you**:
- have 5+ years’ experience in the Luxembourg Funds area
- have good knowledge of Luxembourg Investment Fund regulations
- have good knowledge of Luxembourg Commercial Companies Law
**This role calls for a Senior Corporate Officer that will**:
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements regarding the proper execution of Domiciliation Service, Corporate Secretary Service and Other Corporate Services
- Provide assistance to clients and other operational teams, participate to internal projects and ensure that the management is always up to date
- Be always up to date on Luxembourg regulation framework, analyse regulatory changes and the impact of such changes on processes
