Stream Lead Master Data Management and Analytics

Together with you we will implement a **state-of-the-art ERP system** and make our internal process more efficient to ensure what is most important to us: the **satisfaction of our employees and customers**. - To achieve this we are looking for a **Stream Lead MDM**, supporting the establishment of an **enterprise-wide data governance framework**. **WHAT IS THE ROLE?** - Responsible for the creation and maintenance of cross-functional and cross-process data definitions, standards and policies throughout the entire organization - Creation of a governance process with relevant data quality metrics incl. important dashboards for reporting that allow derivation of necessary actions - Lead a team of Master Data Stewards and collaborate with other stakeholders, such as Business Process Executives or IT in order to ensure business and digital transformation goals and priorities are met - In the context of the internal SAP S/4HANA transformation, you are driving the re-design of the master data model, develop road maps/methodologies required to move from current state to future state in close cooperation with business stakeholders and IT responsible - You will be consulted for mature assessment of future demands / improvements related to master data information including pre-/and post benefit evaluation - Alignment with compliance and legal department to ensure correct privacy and security treatment of data **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in business administration / business informatics or equivalent- 8+ years of professional experience in the area of MDM and MDG, ideally in a project environment, knowledge of Product Life Cycle Management is an asset- In-depth understanding of Master Data Management like Material master data, Business partner master data and Management of master data for variant configuration- Proven experience with business requirements management and design of business processes- Experience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systems- Business Leader with the ability to solve problems, make decisions and bring in own ideas- Good understanding of IT systems such as SAP MDG, ERP (ideally SAP S4/Hana), CRM (ideally Salesforce)- Excellent communication skills and confidence with the ability to explain processes or choices as needed to internal and external stakeholders- Open-minded, innovative and willing to challenge the status quo- Fluent in English (oral and written); any other European language is seen as an asset- Willingness to travel and driving liscence required **_We look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you to our team_** **Requisition number**:394 **Contract type**:Regular **Working time model**:Full time **Place of work**:Office FANUC - THE FACTORY AUTOMATION COMPANY As an innovative company, FANUC offers an exciting workplace with attractive future prospects, where your professional and personal development is guaranteed thanks to the latest technology and the FANUC work-life balance. **Are you interested in learning more about this career opportunity?
