**About the role**:
**Your missions**:
You will have the opportunity to be an integral part of fundcraft’s AIFM team in a fast-paced work environment.

Within the team, you will report to the Conducting Officer in charge of the Compliance function: You will be entrusted with, including but not limited to, the following functions:

- Review and update internal checklists & procedures
- Collaborate in the development of fundcraft’s IT platform for all AML/CFT matters
- Ensure the proper collection the KYC information required by our Compliance team
- Assist on the onboarding of investors investing in Private Equity strategy funds
- Perform the KYC/AML oversight checks on investors, as well as KYT/AML-CFT (name check, internet research, media search, etc.)
- Ensure the proper collection of documents and analysis of client/investor structures and determination of the appropriate KYC requirements
- Assist investors/clients on KYC/AML requests
- Oversee the maintenance and record information on our internal compliance software
- Ensure the proper performance of the risk assessment on the investor/client/transaction
- Coordinate with the other departments and third parties the ongoing transactions follow up
- Assist the AIFM in the proper maintenance of shareholder registers as well as investor reports
- Organise internal training to ensure the proper compliance to the local laws and regulations related to AML/CFT in particular
- Plan and execute controls of the compliance monitoring plan
- Conduct GAP analysis at company and product level
- Identify and assess regulatory evolutions relevant to the business

Assist in the preparation of internal and external reporting with regards to compliance Review and investigate case alerts for potential suspicious activity and sanctions
- You have a professional experience of at least 5 years in a position of an compliance or AML/KYC officer or similar
- You have funds experience, ideally in the AIF industry
- You hold a diploma in Law, Finance or equivalent
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. The knowledge of German/French/Spanish will be an asset
- You are a business enabler and problem solver

**Selection process**:

- Stage 1: Video interview with our HR department (45 min)
- Stage 2: Meet the Team: interview with the hiring manager and a senior member of the team (45 min)
- Stage 3: Interview with a member of the management team or another member of the team (Optional) (45 min)
