Our client is a Private Equity fund company located in the Kirchberg, in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg.
The new joiner will be involved in a team of 10 finance professionals and will report directly to the Chief Accountant.

**Principal Responsibilities**:
Receive, prepare and distribute incoming accounts payable invoices (around 500 invoices per month) and related documents for approval in our P2P tools, accurately and timely.
Work closely with the vendors to request any applicable changes on invoices, tax removed,...
Manage in set up of new vendors, ensuring all supplier setup information is received from the vendor and entered accurately and completely.
Maintain and update vendor files, accounting analytics, project codes.
Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues, reconcile contracts with invoices and tracking open invoices.
Maintain effective, timely and professional communication with suppliers, employees and management.
Maintenance of project codes and accounting analytics across different systems
Review and validation of employee expenses based on Group Travel Policy guidelines.
Be involved in the finance transformation journey (implementation of an IT solution for the finance department).
Take part in improving current processes (digitalization, gaining efficiency in communicating with the service providers and within the different departments of the Group).
Administrative follow-up for the Finance department, execution of contracts, collection of signatures, archiving.
Other duties as assigned by manager based on Finance department initiatives and priorities. Job responsibilities of role may change based on Management's discretion.
Ad hoc accounting support to Senior Accounting and Accounting Manager (Lux GAAP), processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts.

**For this position, your qualifications are**:
Min 3 year of accounting payable/accounting support/junior accounting experience required
Diploma in finance or accounting
Knowledge of relevant accounting software, Microsoft office skills
International experience with exposure to European markets and good level of French and English is required. Other European language skills deemed to be a plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and multiple stakeholders in a non-hierarchical environment
Interest and ability to drive improvements through process, consistency, automation / digital tools, with a 'can-do' mentality and a strong desire to create impact
Ability to multi-task and manage a broad set of responsibilities
Committed; hard-working; able to work at high pace and under pressure
