**Your Responsibilities**
- Foster and manage client relationships by delivering high-quality services and information about the Bank's products.
- Stay informed and adhere to relevant laws and regulations, including AML/CTF, MiFID, Data Protection, CRS, etc.
- Aid bankers in complying with applicable laws, guidelines, and bank policies.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as advisory, middle office, back office, risk, and compliance teams, in managing client relationships.
- Oversee day-to-day activities of bank accounts and investment services.
- Support clients with documentation related to business relationships, including bank accounts, payment services, and investment services.
- Assist bankers in providing clients with authorized analysis, marketing materials, and necessary support.
- Receive and process trade orders, ensuring suitability controls, execution in clients' best interests, and keeping clients informed.
- Collaborate with Compliance and Risk functions to address regulatory requirements and risk management.
- Stay updated on industry, economic, and regulatory developments for maintaining high-quality client service.
- Plan and measure actions in alignment with commercial goals, meeting expectations and deliverable frameworks.
**Your Profile**
- 3+ years of experience in relevant positions (client relationship, banking, etc.)
- Degree educated in Finance or other relevant fields
- Fluent in **English & Portuguese** with French being an advantage
