**SENIOR Integration Architect**:

**ABOUT THE JOB | Your responsibilities**
- Contribute to the architecture design process, collaborating with all key stakeholders
- Design and oversee the implementation of integration solutions using industry-leading practices, balancing event-driven, process-driven, and data flow-based integration methods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fully understand integration needs and requirements
- Develop and maintain comprehensive integration architecture documentation
- Diagnose and resolve integration-related issues efficiently
- Keep abreast of the latest integration technologies, trends, and best practices
- Maintain a list of integration-related risks as part of the overall risk framework
- Participate in the Solution Architecture team to create designs that guide implementation teams

**ABOUT YOU | Your background, skills and personality**
- **
University degree**in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- ** At least 8 years of experience** in architecture design and deployment, integration management, or software design, demonstrating the ability to manage complex systems and lead cross-functional teams
- ** Minimum 3 years in a role** such as Enterprise Integration Architect or similar, with a proven track record of leadership and influence
- ** Deep expertise in integration frameworks** **and platforms**, along with a solid understanding of event-driven and domain-driven architecture principles
- ** Proficiency in modelling architecture landscapes**, using various tools and techniques to visualize and communicate complex systems effectively to all stakeholders
- ** Demonstrated assertiveness and leadership skills**, with the ability to federate diverse teams, aligning them toward common goals and driving collaboration across functions
- ** Fluency in English** is essential; proficiency in French, German or other languages is a plus
- ** Efficiency and simplicity**: Ability to design and implement lean, agile processes to create simple and accessible solutions
- ** Transparency and communication**: Clear and direct communication style with a commitment to engage openly and constructively, maintaining open channels and promoting information sharing with colleagues
- ** Hands-on approach**: Willingness to roll up sleeves and get involved, demonstrating a down-to-earth attitude to get the job done
- ** Adaptability and flexibility**: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, navigating change effectively
