Treasury Manager

**Our Team**

You will join our new team being formed in Luxembourg. As part of our team's expansion, we are currently selecting a new office which will be located in either Main Station districts.

**What You Will Do**
- Play a key role in developing contribution motivated talent across the Koch Global Treasury Team
- Lead Treasury Operations Team activities including bank account management, payments execution and cash forecasting
- Build preferred partnerships with key constituencies, including banks, investors, vendors and internal customers
- Help develop innovative strategies for improving business outcomes, and drive transformation within the team's daily responsibilities
- Partner with Treasury Technology and Treasury Transformation teams on treasury technology initiatives
- Ensure the team is focused on the importance of accurate and timely data that can be used to enable effective decision making
- Ensure the team optimizes the use of Treasury Technology (including Kyriba) in daily work, and maintains updated core data

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics is required
- Proven experience in treasury operations, cash management or similar roles, including experience as a supervisor
- Fluent in English
- Ability to manage team priorities effectively in order to maximize value creation

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Experience with the Kyriba Treasury Management System, or other TMS solutions
- Experience collaborating and working effectively across multiple capabilities, businesses and geographic locations
- Basic understanding of FX risk management
