Eu Sort Center Finance Manager, Ats Sort Centers

Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or a Bachelor's degree and experience in quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) - Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making - Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis - Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results
Key responsibilities:
- Leading budgeting/planning for EU ATS Sort Centers, identifying risks and opportunities, and effectively aligning senior leadership in order to influence strategic business decisions that drive Variable Cost reduction.
- Driving continuous improvement and standardization of processes, including implementation of best practices and automation initiatives, collaborating with technology teams
- Becoming a recognized finance partner for operational process owners to enable delivery of Productivity Initiatives that will drive performance improvement for ATS Sort Centers
- Working on continuously improving controllership framework to evaluate and measure efficiency of our spend, developing metrics and reports to provide controllership to new programs, proactively identifying and leading cost reduction initiatives
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
