Vos missions au quotidien **Legal Reporting Officer** Legal Reporting Officer conducts a quality review of the various legal reports (annual and semi-annual reports) with the aim of submitting them to the legal authorities, the Board of Directors and shareholders. He/She produces reports for the supervisory authorities (BaFin/BCL/CSSF) and manages the launching of funds, sub-funds and shares via E-filing to regulators. Fluency in English and German language is requirement. **Main task**: The UCI Reporting Agent performs a quality review of the various legal reports (annual and semi-annual reports) for submission to the legal authorities, the Board of Directors and the shareholders. He/she produces reports for the supervisory authorities (BCL/CSSF) and manages the launch of funds, sub-funds and units via Fundsquare/E-file. **Tasks and responsibilities**: - Verifies/checks the various financial reports produced by the Group or other providers for submission to the legal authorities, the Board of Directors and the shareholders - Centralise comments from the Management Company, the UCI manager and any other external party (e.g. auditors) - Ensures that deadlines are met by the various parties involved: auditors, company management, operational departments - Maintains direct contact with auditors, clients and other operational departments involved - Ensures the production of regulatory reports sent to the supervisory authorities Et si c'était vous ? **Operational skills** - Fluency in English and German language is requirement, proficiency in French is an advantage - Financial and accounting knowledge, including UCI accounting - Command over UCI accounting tools (e.g.: GP3) - Efficient Luxembourg regulatory reporting - Good drafting skills - Good command over the usual office tools - Organisation and meticulousness - Analytical and deductive skills - Good interpersonal skills - Result-oriented approach Plus qu'un poste, un tremplin Société Générale Luxembourg is a multi-category bank offering every employee the possibility to have several careers in a professional career path.
