Provide expertise, assess, review and comment by challenging the following parts of the ITT, especially:

- General tender information: main features, scope & out of scope
- Specific contract terms and specifications related to : project organization, acceptance criteria, documentation, warranty, responsibilities, SLA, KPI
- Definition of data analytics services (build and run)
- Technical and Financial tender forms (pricing sheet)
- Ensure the overall consistency of the content of the ITT
- Contribute to the evaluation of offers (advice on specifics aspects)

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration or another relevant field of study;
- +10 years as SME Consultant preferably with Data & Analytics Platform:

- Experience within large-scale program / projects (10+ years) and within the framework of tender processes and documents.
- Experience with public sector and/or banking sector institutions is considered as a plus.
- Demonstrated experience to develop and implement data and analytics strategies that align with the European Institution's procurement and business goals.
- High-level comprehensions of industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies related to data and analytics and data management techniques, data security and compliance requirements.
- Vendor management skills: Proven ability to effectively manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts that meet business needs
- Strategic thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into data and analytics procurement strategies that drive value for the organization
- Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams (IT and Business) to achieve common goals
- Analytical skills: Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions
