**About LEKO Labs**

LEKO Labs' building system is a novel state of the art to build walls and floors for buildings that have a mínimal carbon footprint, are highly insulating and commercially very attractive for developers.

We are active in Luxembourg and on an expansion course across Europe and then wider around the globe. First full buildings have been completed based on the LEKO Labs technology in the past two years and we are now scaling up our manufacturing and sales.

Our Vision is to achieve the reduction of 1% of global greenhouse gases by 2040 through a transition to climate friendly building materials and improved levels of home insulation.

**Your Role**

In this position, you will report to the Head of Business Development Benelux and lead LEKO Labs’ commercial activities in the Benelux region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish a sales pipeline for LEKO Labs within the Benelux region, with an initial focus on Luxembourg.
- Establish relationships across the real estate/construction sector to ensure LEKO Labs is the go-to material for future projects
- Convert existing construction projects by establishing the benefits of our wall system
- Engage with new projects throughout the design stage
- Working closely with our Project Design team, prepare bids and quotations
- Negotiate and close delivery contracts directly with clients

**Your Profile**:

- Experience in a target-oriented sales role and an understanding of the materials sales process within the construction industry
- Excellent commercial awareness, with a demonstrated history of developing pitch materials, bids and negotiating deals to conclusion
- A sales generalist, driven by results and metrics
- A skilled networker, both in-person and remotely
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English and French required
- Comfortable in a start-up environment, strong personal resilience and a passion for getting things done
- Ability to travel as required
