**Context**:
Artificial Intelligence is no longer a futuristic concept, it has quietly become part of almost every aspect of daily life. From the apps on our phones to the systems that run critical infrastructure, AI operates behind the scenes, shaping decisions, automating tasks, and personalizing experiences.

And now the concept of **Sovereign AI** is emerging, referring to the idea that organizations should develop, control, and govern their own artificial intelligence systems in a way that aligns with their **interests, values, culture, and security needs**, rather than depending entirely on foreign or external AI providers.

**Topic**:
This project aims to design and define a comprehensive **Sovereign AI Infrastructure Model**. The model will provide a blueprint for building trustworthy, resilient, and independent AI ecosystems that minimize reliance on foreign technologies.

- Network and compute infrastructure design
- Data infrastructure
- Virtual environment and orchestrator
- AI models and frameworks

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Main hardware vendors and AI oriented products in the market
- Nvidia GPU capabilities and tools
- Containerization providers, infrastructures and orchestrators
- Artificial Intelligence frameworks and LLM models
- Scripting and automation processes

You will be part of the “Hybrid Data Center Practice” global team, composed of experienced Cloud and Infrastructure engineers either deploying technical solution and services on customer premises (Professional Services team), or managing client infrastructures hosted on shared platforms (Managed Services team).

During the internship, you will receive the support of a senior engineer as well as the team leader to guide you while defining the approach and milestones. You will also have the opportunity to participate in all the team meetings and activities, which will enable you to be immersed in the professional world and to be faced with day-to-day challenges encountered in the work environment.

**Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:

- 5th year of a master’s degree or similar
- Familiar with traditional network, data center and virtualization technologies
- Strong interest in global technology, virtualization and containerization in particular
- Having knowledge of scripting language (e.g. bash, python ) would be considered as an asset
- Fluency in spoken and written in English is mandatory, and additional languages will be an asset
- Demonstrating problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Be capable of working both independently and as part of a fast-moving team
- Having a relevant work experience (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs, or first work experience) would be considered as an asset
