**Job Description** Accountant Assistant**
As an Accountant Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting on preparing financial statements and regulatory or internal management reports, expense management, and other data processing and reports preparation.
**Main Responsibilities**
Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Assist on month-end closings, prepares financial statements (lux GAAP, IFRS) and helps on regulatory reports (CSSF and BCL).
- Assist on the completeness and accuracy for the general ledger of accounts.
- Support the communication with auditors (internal and external) and provides them with requested documentation.
- Support expense management.
- Support other team members for data processing and reports.
- Perform any other task assigned by the manager.
**Qualifications** Technical Skills & Qualifications**
- Education Background: University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking or Business Related Studies
- Hard skills: Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills, knowledge of VBA or other programming language will be an advantage
- Language: Fluency in English and Chinese, French will be an advantage

- A good team player with good planning, organizing, learning and information seeking skills.
- Internal/external customer focus and detail-oriented.
